I was happy with the customer service. Only problem There was bit damage to back of my new washing machine ..the siver panel at back machine. This i assume happened during transit to my home address ..by the couriers.... Who delivered it. To my home I could not check the machine until later when my husband returned from work. He removed packaging It was dealt very fairly by crampton and moore and i accepted. Money off damage to back of machine on panel .. besides this i was very happy with there service.. and would use them again..

Bought a washer dryer Bit if a cock up by the couriers they use but good communication and resolved quickly. Very competitive on price too.

There delivery company that they use is rubbish. I did not get my TV. I want to phone them up for refund.
